Ambulance
1852 is in service!
We welcome our newest
fleet vehicle. Ambulance 1852 was purchased from
Horton through Foster Coach in Sterling, Illinois.
This modular, ALS ambulance was built on a Ford F450 Chasis.
It replaces a 1996 Freightliner.
The ambulance was purchased with cash, reserved from
ambulance billing collections over the past three years.
The funds also included $28,000 in Developer Donations,
collected through the Village of Spring Grove.
The last new ambulance, 1851 was purchased 8 years ago.
It will become the back-up.
The 1996 Freightliner is for sale. Interested
individuals should contact Chief Tobiasz at the station at
815-675-2450.
Thank you to Bill Aitken for
10 years of Service!
Thank you to Scott Hagen for your Service!
We wish both of you the best of luck in your future endevors!
